Wyoming National Forest was located on the western edge of the state of Wyoming. It existed under that name from 1908 to 1941. Its lands are now a part of the much larger Bridger-Teton National Forest. In the days that the Wyoming National Forest was still active, you may have seen a District Ranger sign like this one bolted to a car door, a building, or a larger sign.  It reuses the distinct shield shape, evergreen tree, and serif “US” characters of the U.S. Forest Service logo.

We’ve made our version of the Wyoming National Forest District Ranger sign to the exact USFS standards as used around 1915–1923. Every detail is just like the original. If an original copy of this sign still exists, it would cost many thousands of dollars on the collector’s market. Save money and avoid uncertainty with our faithful replica.

Our Wyoming National Forest District Ranger sign is printed on heavy 14-gauge steel. It has a glossy, non-reflective coating that can withstand the harsh Wyoming elements while looking great indoors too.
