Most of the signs we recreate are in the public domain, either by virtue of being in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, a similar state sign book, or else being old enough the copyright has expired or the sign is otherwise ineligible for copyright. Before listing a sign, we do our best to ascertain whether a copyright, trademark, or other legal protection exists in the United States. However, on rare occasions, we may overlook the existence of such legal protections.
If you are the legitimate owner of intellectual property (IP) that you see in one of our designs, send a message to Jake at jake@signsbyjake.com with a link to the sign and explanation of your IP claim. We will see to it that the design is promptly removed from both our website and our other sales channels.
