Description
Ann Arbor-Saline Road is a county road in Washtenaw County, Michigan. As you might expect, it connects Ann Arbor (the seat of Washtenaw County) to the town of Saline. Its northern end is at South Main Street in Ann Arbor, just south of Michigan Stadium. From there it heads southwest, with an interchange at I-94 exit 175. When it reaches Saline, it becomes Ann Arbor Street.
Our Ann Arbor-Saline Road sign is made to the late-2000s specification for street name signs in Washtenaw County. This style features the mixed-case text found on modern signage (a federal requirement since 2009). It retains the older gold-on-yellow color scheme that is, in a happy coincidence, both the standard colors for county road signage and the school colors of the University of Michigan. (The county seems to have switched to a more typical white-on-green between 2011 and 2018.)
