Description
The Garden State Parkway crosses the entire length of New Jersey. The toll road’s north end is at the New York state line; its south end is at the southern tip of the state, Cape May. In Ocean County, drivers can access Point Pleasant by using Exit 91A for Route 549. Point Pleasant is a borough situated right in the heart of the Jersey Shore. As a result, it is a much-loved summer vacation destination, though around 19,000 people make it home year round. Point Pleasant is well known for its beaches, complete with a mile-long boardwalk. Other things to do in Point Pleasant include antiquing, mini-golf, and visiting the aquarium.
Relive your memories of your trips to the Jersey Shore with our replica of the Garden State Parkway’s Point Pleasant exit sign. We’ve recreated it according to the official standards found in the 2009 Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. For added accuracy, we’ve also used photos of the original sign as reference.
Our Garden State Parkway Exit 91A sign for Point Pleasant is flat printed in the USA on heavy 14-gauge steel. It has a glossy, non-reflective finish that works well as part of the decor of any room. It will stand up to years in the elements when installed outdoors as well. We’ve scaled it down from the massive size as posted along the roadside to four sizes suitable for home display. Pick the one that works best for you, from 15 in. × 10 in. up to 42 in. × 28 in. For convenient installation, we’ve included two pre-drilled mounting holes. (We can make a sign like this for your exit, whether it’s in New Jersey or elsewhere! We can also make just about any other highway sign. Just contact Jake to get started on your custom order!)
