Description
Washington State Route 11 is a designation used by two different highways over the years. The first was a route running between Pasco and Spokane, which later became part of US Route 395 and US 10. The second, which is still called SR 11 today, is a section of highway between Burlington and Bellingham. This road along the coast was originally built as part of US 99, but later became US 99 Alternate when US 99 was shifted inland. As part of the simplification of the Washington highway system in 1964, it was redesignated as State Route 11. It provides a scenic alternative to Interstate 5 through the area, serving Larrabee State Park, Washington’s first state park. Washington has recognized the natural beauty of the SR 11 corridor by also designating it the Chuckanut Drive Scenic Byway.
Own a piece of highway history with our Washington State Route 11 highway sign reproduction. Designed to match the historic 1937 state standards used until 1954, it features the correct layout, period-accurate fonts, and precise proportions that you would expect from an original sign from this era. Route markers from this era are extremely difficult to find today. Most disappeared from Washington’s back roads decades ago when modern replacements took their place. Now you can add a striking Washington State Route 11 display piece to your collection without paying collector-market prices.
We manufacture every Washington State Route 11 sign here in the United States, from heavy 14-gauge steel for superior durability and a substantial feel. Skip the low-cost imitations that cut corners with thin metal, incorrect fonts, and inaccurate layouts. This sign delivers the quality serious collectors expect, with crisp details that look impressive even up close. Display your Washington State Route 11 sign indoors or outdoors with confidence. The non-reflective finish makes it ideal for everyday display in garages, offices, game rooms, workshops, or themed spaces. Convenient mounting holes make installation simple wherever you choose to showcase it. Choose the size that fits your space:
