Description
South Carolina Highway 22 serves as a freeway bypass of Conway, South Carolina, skirting the city to the north and the east. It ties into US Route 17 in between the cities of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The Myrtle Beach area is renowned for its seaside resorts, with over twenty million visitors each year. In 1997, Tiger Woods declared Myrtle Beach “the mecca of golf” due to the more than 100 golf courses in the region.
Bring a bit of Myrtle Beach home with you with our replica of the signs for eastbound Highway 22. It follows the South Carolina state standards for freeway signage. We’ve made every detail of the layout match the original, including the standard Series E Modified fonts used to spell out Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The route marker is the classic white square style used for South Carolina highways prior to 2007. The original of this sign is much too large to use as a display piece—it’s over 24 feet wide! Our replica is scaled down to a perfect range of sizes you can easily show off in your beach house, office, garage, bar, business, man cave, or anywhere else!
Our Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach sign is printed on heavy 14-gauge American steel, right here in the USA. It’s durable enough to withstand the elements outdoors, while still looking great indoors thanks to its high-gloss, non-retroreflective finish. Pre-drilled mounting holes are included to make installation convenient. Choose from the following sizes:
- 16 in. × 8 in.
- 24 in. × 12 in.
- 36 in. × 18 in.
- 48 in. × 24 in.
- 72 in. × 36 in. (to make shipping and installation easier, this size will be printed across two panels)
