State Route 125 is a highway in southwestern Ohio. It begins in Cincinnati, following Beechmont Avenue and the 1831 Ohio Pike out of the city. From there, it runs more or less parallel to the Ohio River en route to Shawnee State Forest, the largest state forest in Ohio, east of West Union. It ends at US Route 52 west of Portsmouth,  having covered a distance of about 86 miles (138 km). The Ohio Department of Transportation has designated the route as a portion of the Scenic Scioto Heritage Trail scenic byway.
