Description
The current style of Nebraska state line sign has been in use since 1984. The Nebraska government has made attempts to replace this famous sign with a new design in the past. However, due to its popularity, it continues to see service on many of the roads leading into the state of Nebraska. Five major variants of this sign exist. All of them feature the slogan “The Good Life” and an image of Nebraska life or scenery.
We recreated the Nebraska state line marker from the exact state standards found after an exhaustive delve into the depths of the Nebraska Department of Transportation archives. The three most popular variants are currently available: the version with a cowboy aboard a bucking horse, the version depicting the Chimney Rock formation in western Nebraska, and the version depicting the elegant Art Deco state capitol building in Lincoln. (We can make the other two versions too if you want them—just ask!)
This Nebraska state line sign is flat printed on heavy-gauge steel, with completely accurate layout and fonts. We’ve made it available in four sizes, from 18 inches wide all the way up to a colossal 81 inches wide. All sizes and variations are non-reflective—perfect for ordinary display, indoors or outdoors. (If you would like a different size version, please ask, as we can certainly make one!)
